We were hired to provide video coverage for a three-day music festival in Chicago, IL. Our team consisted of a crew of 10 people. We were responsible for producing two 1-minute daily recap videos and the official recap video. The goal was to release the daily videos by 9:00 am each morning before the festival gates opened. We had to make sure we were organized and communicative with the client beforehand to ensure that the deadline was met.
These videos were marketed on social media channels including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Snap Chat. They were successful in spreading awareness of the festival and bringing in last minute sales.
